Since Last Update Discord No Longer Recognizes My Microphone

Since the last Discord update, it no longer recognizes my microphone.  It recognizes my headphones just fine, but not the microphone of my headset.  I can connect to voice and hear everyone, but no matter what, I can't speak despite having all my voice settings exactly the same as before.
