ToS and Rewarding Invites with Nitro

Can I reward members with Nitro for reaching a certain number of invites they send to other people? I was planning on following the model of another server, but I wanted to check in first.

  You could use an invite tracking bot and gift people Nitro if you want to do that, I don’t believe it’s against any terms of service, but it could be considered paying people to join the server, which is bad moral.
