Text post personal Censoring

Something that may be useful is being able to add a 'censorship block' (||this||) on other's posts. This would be at personal view only, for situations where someone has written something personally upsetting that isnt something generally wrong or worth blocking them for. Ex: someone makes a remark to your trigger of big dogs. The person isnt doing something wrong, it's just something you cant handle and the server doesnt have a trigger list/asking a person to cover it for you is extremely anxiety inducing and uncomfortable. So you can click the message, and block it for yourself.
