On/Off Switch for Quote mentioning

Hey!

While using quotes , I noticed that it's quite annoying that you always automatically mention the person when you quote a message (particular on mobile devices), especially when the chat partner is online and everybody knows who you mean. So instead of always deleting the mention and interrupting the writing flow, I would like to see an option that allows to whether or not to use "automatic mention when quoting".
