Allow message editing for others

Now, I know this sounds like a bad situation waiting to happen but hear me out.

I think it should be possible to check a message to be edited, or allow someone to edit a message you have made.

I thought of this when I was making a server where we keep track of data in certain channels. It's annoying to copy the message and repost it each time we need to make an update.

  I suggest it be a permission set in a Role. People belonging to that Role can post and edit as the Role, not as individuals. A sort of manually controlled Bot account within each server only.

  I actually do agree with this. I know google doc is a solution, but many are operating on phone and on little time, so it would really be ideal if we could edit each others posts for easy overview. Or if there could be some kind of plug in where you could have a note that's visable for everyone and editable for everyone.
