Emoji aligment/size "glitch"
This "glitch" is really easy to replicate. Just paste this text in the text input field and send the message (also works without the spoilers):
||:white_check_mark:||
||:white_check_mark:||
||:white_check_mark:||
||:white_check_mark:||
||:white_check_mark:||
||:white_check_mark:||
You can see that if you add one more line with this emoji inside a spoiler, all the spoilers become a bit bigger, and if you add 1 more line they become smaller again.
But the actual "glitch" comes when you send the message.

You can see that the "black boxes" aren't aligned in the same way, some are a bit too high and others a bit too low. Of course this isn't that big of a problem, still it looks strange. It looks even stranger if you click on the spoilers to "unspoil" them.

It just doesn't look right. They should be all the same size.
After some testing it seems to me that all emoji's (unspoiled and spoiled) have this glitch. This issue only appears on the discord application on the pc, the phone application doesn't have this issue. I am testing this on a windows pc, on a mac it doesn't appear to happen. It also doesn't happen on the discord website.
