Server-wide writing indicator
When people are typing in a chat you are currently in, you can see their status bubble (I.E. Online, Away, Busy, or Invisible) show that they are typing by displaying the three dots. Something to note is that this feature only occurs if you are looking at the same chat that they are typing in. So if someone is typing in a channel, their typing is only displayed to that channel, not the whole server.
Being able to see when people are typing would let people be able to go and read what they are responding to, know that they're responding to a question elsewhere, or in general be there before the notification sets off.
It could probably be turned off in server settings too, like under Notifications Settings on a server, like

This is a nice idea, but it would be kind of impractical data-wise. Where would the metadata to display where they are typing go? Also, what practical use would it have?
