Add a second, literal Not Safe For Work option
The current NSFW implementation goes by the internet definition of NSFW, which is often quite the extreme end of the scale.
There lies a middle ground between totally clean, and this level of NSFW, where content is quite literally not safe for a *work* environment, but does not need to be age restricted.
It would be handy to be able to mark a channel as not work-environment friendly (or wherever else you might be) without imposing age restriction, and instead presenting users with a warning like the old-style NSFW check.

Extreme or not, the definition of whether a channel is NSFW or not is left to the server admins. This shouldn't need to be added to please everybody

Discord conflates the phrase "Not safe for work" with "Explicit content" which is not always the case. Something can be non-explicit and still not be something I want my boss seeing. One channel for age gating (so we can properly limit who can see explicit content) and one that simply says "Hey, some stuff in here may not be suitable for a work environment" would be an awesome feature to have, not just to "please" everybody, but because Discord is combining the "internet" meaning of NSFW with the actual definition thereof.

The biggest problem with the current NSFW system that has recently been introduced is the fact that it is no longer a warning, but instead requires you to enter your DoB and automatically restricting anybody under the pre-determined age (depending on the country/law).
A lot of servers use NSFW to flag a warning on a channel, but still disallow 18+ content, which now comes with the unfortunate consequence of disallowing any user under 18.
