Ability to edit suggested emoticon list

I'm talking about this: 

I oftenly see there emoticons that I used once or twice, at the same time I don't see emoticons that I use daily in this list. Please allow use edit this list manually in one way or another.

For example: the list still generated automatically, but we can delete certain emoticons and add our own. The ones that we added manually never disappear from the list, the ones we deleted never appear on the list, the rest rotate as they do now.
