Guilded.gg-like documents/docs

1. Documents channel(3rd channel type)

It would be neat to have third channel type. In my opinion, we should get something like Guilded.gg docs. Basically, in docs channel, you could create a new doc. Docs would allow you to use markdown, etc., but they would also allow markdown titles and markdown links(`# Abc`/`## Abc`/`### Abc` for a title, `[abc](def)` for a link). Once you create doc, it would appear in doc list, which users could check by going to doc channel(pressing on doc channel would open up all documents in that channel) and pressing on that doc.

2. Document comments

Also, docs could have comments where you could reply to the document and maybe ask questions, instead of doing it in text channel.

3. Document tags

It would be also awesome to be able to tag docs. Basically, whoever wrote the document and server staff could tag the document. What tag would do? Well, when someone would open up document channel, they could search the document by name and by tags.

4. New role permissions

- Add documents
- Manage documents
- Tag any document
- Add document reply/comment
- Manage document replies/comments
