sound volume in other apps got significant decrease if open apps after joining VC
and this persist after terminate discord. it will back to normal after restart windows

  Sounds like this Windows setting is on. Try setting this to "Do Nothing" and retry: https://www.techjunkie.com/windows-reducing-system-volume/
