Option to disable image link hiding

Posting an image link by itself shows the image and hides the link. I really don't like this. Why can't i disable this?

  I also really dislike this, I'm not sure why there's not a toggle for this and it was just implemented without it being posted in the changelog, the last changelog I can see is from June 30th. And I know discord has updated multiple times since then.

  I like it that way and discord isn't dump they are more people than you think so it's for a reason

  I'm not with the fact that they should make the link again but i'm with the suggestion to have a option to not hide them

  This is affecting imgur gallery links, it hides the entire link despite there being a gallery, I tried sharing a gallery link and poof gone. I'm sad that this was not fully thought out as of yet.
