Add the option for a role to be self-assignable

Nowdays there's plenty of bots that offer this functionality, but it's something that should be integrated to the application itself.

A role may be selected as self-assignable, allowing everybody to assign it to themselves.

As a bonus, there may also be an option to restrict role self-assignment to specific roles. That way, anybody having a role with the restriction is ineligible of self-assigning a role.

  No. Bot's are there for a reason and if e implement their ideas into discord that would reduce their popularity and motivation. Please if you can do something with bot's than let's not search further

  Like how when Minecraft implemented the Redstone mod back in 1.4.7, that really killed mod development didn't it?

  I think this would free up bot development to do better things.

  I would love to see this happen. Bots go down and have issues sometimes. Having it built in would be a great way of making it simpler and better. This would also take a load off bots to free up their resources to do better things. I really with this would get implemented.
