Name colours for group chats

For the longest time, me and my friends wanted to have our names in custom colours in our group chat. This would be a good feature as not everyone uses servers to chat to their friends, and there aren't many features to group chats. I know you might think "why not move to a server?", There are probably a lot of chat groups with 100k messages or more, including mine, and that have been around for years. This update would benefit a lot of Discord users who don't use servers as their primary way of talking to people (as long as it isn't Nitro exclusive).
