Revert Swap of Cancel/Delete on Message Deletion Confirmation

Previously Delete was the default option when deleting messages, allowing you to quickly up arrow, CTRL + A the whole message, hit backspace, and then enter twice and the message was gone in the blink of an eye.

Now you can no longer do that as the entries in the dialog box has swapped to Cancel being the default. Delete however is still a giant red prominent button making you think its selected by default when it is not, and tabbing on the dialog does not give any indication on what is selected so you don't know if you're tabbing to the correct button.
