Make "Server Video Calls" in 1-1 DMs optional
Make the server video call feature that you have just added to DMs optional. I use screen share in DMs daily and never used the server feature as I don't like the way it works (how it pauses your stream, you cant see your own stream while watching someone else's etc) I like being able to see my own stream to know if I am streaming and if it is working with a quick glance, one of the biggest reasons I use DM screen share over server screen share.
I think it should either be removed from DMs completely, made only to work in group DMs or just outright make a setting to turn it on/off.

I agree this was a terrible move. It was fine the way it was. Now that they’ve added this we can’t use the service anymore for our group classes. It’s too clumsy this way.

It actually killed streaming for me completely, as server video streaming never worked for me before and only the private one worked. Now, they changed the private one into the server one, making it impossible for me to screenshare with friends.
I did report it on Twitter and am waiting for a potential reply:
