Read/ Seen Feature in private DM

Add a "Seen {time/ e.g. 5:20pm}" in direct messages, like on IOS and other texting apps

  Maybe like in other messaging apps optinal becaus right now I wouldn't want it in Discord for me but sure as an option

  When running busy communities you can get many DMs and I would really dislike this feature added unless it was optional. I don't want people following up with "You read it an hour ago" when I haven't had a moment to dedicate time to a full answer.

  I already dislike read receipts in messenger and I think that this would be a bad idea!!

  maybe, but it would have to be optional to the user reading.

  Would much prefer Discord to remain free of the read/seen feature. Even if the feature can be toggled, that expectation that others should have it enabled will still exist.
