Share screen and other options
On discord I still miss a few things. I currently manage a server and could not find the community bar via my phone through the server settings.
Unfortunately, I was unable to set the welcome screen, which is recently new at discord. Entering color codes and screen sharing is also unfortunately not possible with the mobile app.
A loss for mobile users. Especially since discord wants to switch to comminutions and does not want to stick with gaming. It is easy to use your mobile and therefore it is a shame that certain things are left behind.
Besides that discord is a handy and nice app, I think this is a pity.

I was just told that it does not apply to Samsung.
Apple is therefore an exception. Which unfortunately has one of the biggest mobile users.
The above therefore does not explicitly apply to people who use a Samsung phone.2 -
Yeah, I was wondering when they would see that the built in screen recorder for IOS is usable. However people who have asked them they just relpy with, “tell us your ideas about it in our feedback.” And this feature as been around for awhile so I’m not sure if they ever will use it, other apps like Omlet Arcade use the feature so why not discord?
They could make a program that simply pops up the screen recording menu, then you would press discord and it would use the built in screen recorder to livestream it to discord. That’s how it would work if it existed, but I bet it’s way harder to make the coding for that. Or they just are too lazy and don’t want to add “mobile screen sharing.”1 -
