Searching up Discord server messages

So, we were trying to figure out on this server I'm on who's been kicked the most, and we thought we could figure that out by searching for the phrase "joined the server". HOWEVER, we couldn't do that cause the search function only lets you see messages from users, not from discord itself, so we couldn't find the "[username] joined the server" messages. Is there a reason for this? Can it be changed so that we can search for those messages? Thanks!

  Well, each user's "<username> [randmized discord welcome]" is actually counted as their message. I can't find anything else that could help.

  You can set moderation bots to post things that have happened to a specific channel, you could set up a bot commands channel and set the bot to post when someone leaves to that channel. That way it will all be logged and searchable too! D
