Underlined text in highlight options bar

In any text chat, you can highlight text to get effects like bold, italic and strikethrough text. But to get underlined text, you still have to put two underscores before and after your message like this (__qqqqqqqqqq__). It would be great having an option to underline messages just form the highlight menu. I made a mock up of what it could look like.
