Add screenshot feature for text channels

Under the + button on the bottom left of a text chat. Add an option to screenshot a portion of your window/application and send it as an image attachment. Currently any time I want to send someone a screenshot I use my computer's local application for screenshots (snipping tool/screenshot) and then I upload the file. This would streamline that process and could be a more convenient feature for a lot of users
