Seen indicator

Discord should add a "seen indicator" in for DM's only. This could be a public feature, and if any user does NOT want their friend that, "Yo, I've seen thee msg, answr me back!", they could possibly turn off that feature by going into Privacy & Safety Tab < Let your friends see the "seen" indicator? < Toggle OFF.
