Layout Lock

I'd like to suggest a feature.
A channel lock. So the channel can't be moved from its category. And a layout lock to keep the categories from being reordered. It happens by accident all the time. I'm constantly trying to find channels that have been moved to other categories or reorder the categories. It would be really handy to lock it down. Even if its only the Owner that has the option? Or maybe just administrator.
