Calls to push through lock screen on Android

Ive been called multiple times whilst being away from my computer and once or twice for a pretty urgent reason, but i wouldnt be able to answer even when my phone is sitting right in my pocket, it would be great for it to push through like a real call. Hope this'll get the attention i think it needs,
