Add Some Emoji

I really think it would be great if we could upload, say 10, custom emoji for personal use, not added to a server, but just our very own emoji to use anywhere. This could be a nitro perk, or it would be even nicer if it was allowed for everyone to have their very own emoji not connected to any server.
