Small feature suggestion: allow a toggle to include replies in the mentions inbox filters

I imagine like it would be useful to some users to  be able to filter out mentions from the reply feature when scrolling through the mentions inbox. It can just be added as another tickbox next to the other filters that exist as shown in the image.
