Emoji Variants Suggestion

It would be cool if you could upload emoji Variants, as you can select an emoji variant with standart emojis (✋✋🏻✋🏼✋🏽✋🏾✋🏿) Do the same with discord default emojis and also with the custom ones, for example, if you upload an emoji that is a minecraft pickaxe and you can change between different types, also it could be implemented as 2 or 3 variants per emoji and if you have nitro level 1 you can set a max of 5. And they will appear on discord emoji menu, also they can be selected if you write :emoticon: on the chat by appearing a selection menu above it.
