Thread Descriptions

Just as the title says, it'd be nice to be able to give threads a short one sentence description that shows at the top of the channel and the Threads menu-- maybe above the most recently sent post?

  I'd also like to see this feature. But being able to hover-over a thread name to see a description. Or at least make it a R-click option. Not always clear what content should go where. Right now the host can only put description that will show up at the very start of the thread which is impractical, particularly on active channels.
