Sending message after Altered Slowmode

Hiya,

This has been a problem in Discord for a while now. Say a slowmode has been enabled for 6 hours or so, however then it gets reversed back to 5 seconds, if you are logged into the client whilst the slowmode was on, you'd still have to wait a long time to send a message before the slowmode goes back to normal.

This has been an issue for a while now, so hopefully by bringing awareness to it we could elucidate it.
