Collapsing channel groups should collapse all channels

The current functionality isn't super intuitive, but it seems that unread channels don't get collapsed. So I can go through and mark everything as read and it gets collapsed neatly, until people start chatting. On particularly busy servers this essentially renders the collapse button/functionality useless.
