Google Assistant/Siri intergration

So basically, my idea is to integrate discord fully with google assistant. For instance, saying, "Hey google, Message _____ on discord" which will then prompt you to add a message. Another one is being able to read notifications, check servers, and possibly mute/unmute in voice calls.
