Let us search messages from a Deleted User

I think the title is self explanatory, the expected result is to actually see the messages from the user, however, what actually happens is that it doesn't show any results, even though I put the correct user ID. I need this because I either need to find old messages from my banned friends or to get context over a ban in a server, there're more reasons but they're way too complex to explain.
