Allow moderator to move messages to a thread

Sometimes I see a lot of off-topic clutter created in a channel. It's legitimate conversation, it just goes on a tangent and clutters the channel.

Since we now have threads, I think it may be useful to allow the moderator to select a bunch of messages and move them into a thread.

  I too would like to have more control over movement of messages between channels. I find stuff posted as a resource in a discussion channel.

  to move the replies to it into there own thread would ne nice

  Moderators and admins should have the ability to move messages to threads and between channels.  Discord is starting to serve the same function as forums, but the options are simply not robust enough.  It still feels like Discord is a giant rolling shout box sometimes.
