Chat - divider option or background color option

Hi,

I would love to have the option to add a divider, to separate comments when chatting.  Often it's hard to differentiate long chat within channels.  The ability to add a divider before comments or a background color option in which you can highlight your comment over other comments, would be nice feature, IMO.
