can you make a function that prevents even "blocked messages"?

There's someone I don't want to see, but it's a personal request, so I can't kick or ban from the server. Can't you make that kind of function? I don't think it's going to be difficult (if it isn't easy at all, i'm sorry about this.) and even if I block it, the blocked message keeps popping up in the middle and disturbing the conversation. Please make some options to turn this off and on again. sorry for bad english, i used translator for this post.
