Without Nitro as Sevrer owner can use GIF emojis

I would find it nice if the server owners (THOSE WHO CREATED THE SERVER) without Nitro could only use the GI emojis for his server because that's stupid. you add GIF emojis and can not use them yourself how stupid is that?
