Minor (but really helpful!) role features - and don't ping with replies

Hello, I have a couple relatively small but sooo needed features to add:

Role descriptions. For newcomers, this could be pretty useful in explaining what a particular role means (different levels of moderator, for example), or how to earn certain roles.

When you view a profile in a server, with all their server roles displayed, to click on any role and have a window pop up displaying all the members with that role would be incredible. It would just add so much convenience. Perhaps a 'roles' button to enter this window quickly could sit somewhere near the members list. (I am more of a visual communicator, so I mocked up the idea super quickly below.) Now I am aware that you can do this as a server admin from server settings, but I think my method would add convenience for other server members, quickly finding a member of the role they need in massive servers.

This is almost certainly been brought up before, but it needs to happen:
A user setting to toggle default ping on/off when replying. Honestly, every time I've replied for months I've hit that 'ping off' button. If this is already possible, please tell me.

To be honest, I spent more time on the mockup than I intended but I hope it communicates my idea well, and these features are implemented. Imagine a place where that happened hoho I'm funny
