Account deactivated, wrongly accused [Urgent]

Yesterday my account was wrongly deactivated for no reason. As over the past 2 months i was active on Discord channel and i think the event was triggered by clicking on a link someone send me to join a server, and all of a sudden i got disconnected and received an e-mail saying "Notification Account disabled"

Since i reached out to your helpdesk team, i only received 2 auto-generated emails saying my handling was not considered in line with your terms of use.

I just figured out how Discord works, i've been contributing to servers and speaking with people via DM (Thats what Discord is for of course), i can not know which servers are not acting in line with your terms of use since people like me are just in a channel waiting for a nft launch, i also can not now which server i'll join before i actually click on someone''s invite to join the server, i haven't been acting as a bot (few days ago we were in a server which couldn't upload whietlist images to join the whitelist presale so thats the only thing i can think of when ppl like me hit the reupload button many times, and neeeeevvveerr have i eveer broke the law for participating in fraude.

It pissed me of because it makes no sense for deactivating my account and not sharing specific proof/intel what triggered this. Im also not allowed to make another account using my only mobile number. So, not only do i miss out on a lot of money i spend in NFT space, im also not able to rejoin some channels and i lost all data.

Bottom line, this issue happens a lot (read all about it on the web) and you guys don't actually contribute to help resolving this by human hand and actually showing interest listening to someones story. 

You can check my dm messages and everything since i have absolutely nothing to hide. Otherwise i wouldn't go through all these lenghts to contacting you to solve this issue. Im new in this space and spend a lot of money to help me get started as an artist, so why would i break you Terms of Use? It doesn't make sense.
