Cant use Discord
Your genius designers decided that it's impossible to create a new account as long as another account exists which uses the same phone number. I can't recall my older account's details and I am now unable to create a new account. So, I can't login to my older account since I have no details of it. And I can't create a new account since I have no details of my old account. Perfect!

You're likely to find something if you search through old emails for the username. And then use the username to recover the password.
If you actually want a timely response you should submit a request here: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Use KeePass or something like that to remember your account details.
