More control in volume input and output

When using my mic, input all the way to the right is too quiet for some of my friends, even if they put me to 200%. I have everything all the way up in all of my settings and it's sometimes still too quiet. for people with quiet headsets or quiet mics it'd be nice to have more control.

  that is to say, there's no clear indicator of what max volume is, but i'd like to turn it up higher.
