Sync spoiler settings between app and mobile & show spoiler indication on images

I have spoilers showing without having to click them on the desktop app, but on the mobile app they are still hidden. I want my spoiler settings to sync between the mobile android app and the desktop so I do not have to click spoilers to show them.

As a moderator I would really like to have a spoiler tag or indication on images that were posted to make sure that users have correctly tagged an image as a spoiler.
It's important to know if an image was correctly tagged as a spoiler when moderating.
