How can I able my disable accounts

I opened like two accounts and both has been disable, please, help me rectify it so, I can get access to my accounts thanks

  My account was also banned for violating TOS regarding misinformation, yet they gave no information whatsoever regarding what the offending post is or what constitutes misinformation in the first place.
