Significant GPU usage while idle

There's nothing playing, nothing going on, and it's using a steady 12-15% GPU even when minimized, for hours at a time if I let it. It's only certain things that trigger it, seems maybe after a video has been viewed, played or moused over? (This is on a PC using the discord app.)
