Suggestion: Automatically have email notifications set to @mentions only

I have no interest in receiving email notifications about all new messages in rooms. I only want to receive notifications of messages directed to me. Notification settings should automatically be set up that way, instead of for all messages. If someone wants to receive notifications for all new messages, then they should have to select that option, instead of it being the default option.
