Fix emoji compatibility for channel titles

Some default emojis on Discord that work perfectly fine in text chat format do not show up when used in channel titles or categories. For example, look at the :seal: emoji below.

  This is a slightly different issue but compatibility issues between emojis on different devices may be more easily avoided if we could access the Discord emoji keyboard while editing channel titles on PC. Currently the only way to add emojis to channel & category titles is through mobile.

  You can add emojis to channel names in PC. Just copy and paste an emoji character into a channel's name. The emojis that you put into chat from the emoji list aren't actual characters, they're just emoji names surrounded by colons, like ":seal:". Use https://unicode-table.com to search for and copy emoji characters.
