Add the ability to restore deleted channels

I personally think it would be really nice to have the ability to restore deleted channels, as I have dealt with a trusted administrator who has deleted years worth of conversations intentionally. It is very annoying having to acknowledge that those memories can never be reviewed again. Please add a feature of some sort that allows restoration of deleted channels, it would be very nice.
