Not showing which servers I have notifications on

Something strange started happening a couple days ago - My server notifications disappeared. The little grey dot either showing if i have a notification on a server or if i have that server selected just vanished. I've tried tooling around with settings, restarting, logging off and on again, and nothings worked. Please help.
