2FA Rework

I hope this actually gets back to an actual Discord Support member, but Discord has a major problem with hackers gaining access to user accounts.

I am a victim of this, even though I had 2FA enabled, it means nothing if an unauthorized user gains access to an account. 
Why is there is NO authorization through email or even 2FA when it comes to changing emails?

Every other platform has this! It is a few more lines of code!

If you want to change your account's email, you have to enter a 2FA code. EASY!
