Invite links don’t work on iOS (App Store opens even when Discord app is installed)

When a user clicks an invite link (ex. starting with https://discord.gg/) in a browser or other iOS app like LinkedIn, iOS opens the App Store instead of the Discord app. Invite links are effectively useless on iOS. Please fix this so Discord invite links open directly in the Discord app.
