Blocked users reactions should be an option

I don't always want people to know that I've blocked them and they can find it out simply by attempting to react to one of my messages. It prompts community discussion of a matter that I consider private. They should also be allowed to see themselves direct messaging me but receive no response.

Maybe a separate status would work. `Ignored` So that they can still interact with you but you don't have to see it or respond.
